Some members may not have received the system-generated password sent to their registered email address. If you are experiencing this issue, you may still access your account by following the instructions below.
🔐 HOW TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT
1. Visit the Official Member Portal

2. Enter Your Registered Email Address
Use the email address associated with your membership/account.
Please make sure you are using the same email address that was provided and registered in our system.
3. Enter Your Password
If you successfully received your system-generated password, you may use that password to sign in.
However, if you DID NOT RECEIVE the system-generated password, you may use your DATE OF BIRTH as your temporary password.
Your date of birth must be entered using the following format:
MMDDYYYY
📌 Example:
If your date of birth is:
January 14, 2000
Your password will be:
01142000
Another example:
December 5, 1995 → 12051995
Please enter the numbers continuously, without spaces, slashes, or hyphens.

• Use only the email address registered with your account.
• If you did not receive your system-generated password, use your date of birth in MMDDYYYY format.
• Do not include /, -, spaces, or other special characters in your birth date password.
• For security purposes, we strongly encourage members to change their password after successfully signing in.
• Please keep your account credentials private and do not share your password with anyone.
• Always access your account through our official portal.
If you are still unable to access your account after following these instructions, your membership information or registered account details may need to be verified or updated.
This online portal is part of our continuing effort to improve our services, maintain accurate membership information, and provide our members with easier access to organizational resources and digital services.
